About the Restaurant

Every dessert made at Adamson Bakery is surely made with love. The bakery opened up as a passion project by the same staff of Adamson Barbecue following prep cook Daniel Rios's development of bread and bun recipes for Adamson's authentic central Texas barbecue style. After another cook, Matthew Rushworth, made southern-style pies for the lunch rush, the Adamson team knew they could do something special with the help of pastry chef Dani DeRoo. Now, they churn out pies, cakes, cookies, dessert squares and bread made in exciting flavours with local and authentic ingredients. They have everything from a classic key lime pie to a Black Forest cheesecake square, plus weekly specials, so no matter when your sweet tooth acts up, Adamson Bakery will have something to satisfy it.
